Coronavirus Update

Dear Patient,

Thank you for visiting our website.

We hope that this message finds you all safe and well. Our community has been through many changes in the last few months, and we are eager to return to life as normal! While we all desire the return to our routines, there are certain precautions that we all must take to ensure the safety of our community. Our commitment to your safety in our office is forefront in our minds and we would like to share with you how we will be working to ensure that every patient and team member is safe! Infection control has always been a top priority in our practice. We follow and exceed recommendations and guidelines made by the American Dental Association, CDC, and OSHA.

We ask for your patience and understanding as we do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs. We have modified and added new protocols to make your visit as safe and easy possible. Upon scheduling an appointment, you will be screened for any Covid-19 symptoms including, cough, fever or loss of taste and or smell, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, or if you’ve been in contact with anyone with similar symptoms. We are scheduling appointments in a manner that promotes social distancing and allows adequate time for us to disinfect all areas of use in between patient appointments.

Upon arrival at our office, call us before entering to let us know you have arrived. We will call or text you once the office is ready for you to enter.

We ask that patients enter the office unaccompanied (unless a parent is accompanying a minor). For those patients who need a guardian/companion to accompany them, we ask that this be limited to a single family member. Every person entering the office is expected to wear a face covering and will be asked to sanitize their hands immediately upon entry. Once treatment is discussed the guardian/companion will be asked to wait in the car. The reception area will always be kept empty.

We will take your temperature to ensure that you are healthy enough to receive endodontic care.

  • The air is sanitized with a disinfectant solution between each patient in all spaces, including reception area and common hallways, which ensures the reduction of airborne bacteria and viruses by 99%. All door handles and countertops are sanitized with advanced disinfectants.
  • Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office for your use.
  • Medical grade air purifiers have been added to each treatment room.
  • UV light sterilizers have been installed in our HVAC systems

The doctors and staff will be fully protected with disposable PPEs, gowns, N95 masks and face shields.

We thank you in advance and extend our gratitude for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep everyone safe and healthy as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office, and one of our staff members will be more than happy to assist you.

Top.
